I woke up and it was a few days until Christmas and today we were going to find a Christmas tree.   We bought one, but it didn’t fit through  the door –  if only it was a bit smaller… We had to go back and get a smaller tree.  This one fit, so we decorated it and the house.  It was so fun.  I was havin the best time. I had some more borbles so I put them on, then went to bed.  The next day  it was snowing and I went outside and played in the snow until it was my bedtime.  The next day it was Christmas.

  1. Congratulations on your response to this week’s challenge Olivia. I like that chose to write with a link to a current topic. (I suspect you love Christmas and all the traditions.) My niece has already put her tree up, but I like to wait until December to do mine. It is a fun time of the year. I can see you are using lots of different punctuation marks to add details to your writing.😊

  2. I think people often end up buying Christmas trees that are too big! Imagine all that effort to get it home and then having to put it back on top of the car to return it….how frustrating!

I can’t really believe that it is only just over a month to Christmas. This year has gone so quickly and I haven’t even thought about what I’d like to get from Santa. Have you?

I live in Australia and so our weather is getting hotter and hotter. Maybe you could send over some snow to cool us down?
